It's never happened, but we do allow for returns if there is an issue.
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed and shipped out.
If you are not satisfied with your candle, you don't think it’s burning how it should or have any other troubles with your purchase, email arrowitforward@gmail.com so we can discuss the issue and make it right.
Damaged Candles
It's rare, but glass can break even with our kickass packing techniques! Email a picture of the breakage within 7 days of receiving your shipment to arrowitforward@gmail.com We will make sure to put a smile on your face again!
